The Two Room Suite is Very Good Value

Booked here as close to family and the area that the wife spent time in. The two room suite has a lounge and a bedroom, with two beds (King and Queen) and a walk in closet. It also has a good sized balcony spanning both rooms. Bed was comfortably and overall room was clean. As this is not a “hotel” as such the amenities are small, gym is two exercise machines in reception, no restaurant or bar. But then is a residence not a hotel. However within two minutes’ walk are the ubiquitous 7-11 and a Tesco Express so morning coffee is easily obtained. Lots of Thai eateries nearby as well as a local market. Also the new shopping mall Centre Eastville and Tesco Lotus are within walking distance 20 mins, no pavement as such. Or a taxi cost 40 baht or 20 baht for a motorcycle taxi. This “hotel” is not for the inexperienced traveller as it is not close to the centre, don’t expect a concierge desk, and don’t expect fluent English on reception. You will have to do your own research but the area is full of restaurants, markets and shops. The clue is in the name T3 Residence not T3 Hotel ! Overall a pleasant stay, no doubt will stay again in the two bed apartment.

Way too far from just about everything. Staff doesn't speak English at all. They don't even know how to give you simple instructions on where to get a bus. Standard room was old (furniture, bed linen, everything). Mosquitos were everywhere. There were even blood stains on the wall. Awful.

I stayed one night in the hotel and they said it is 3 stay but on the side of the room it was covered with mold but everything else was fine. The hotel is located in the residential area and far from public transportation so the only mode was taxi and it was expensive. The hotel also ask you for 500 Thai currency deposit which was refunded upon check out. The lift goes from 1st floor to 4 floor and we have to walk to the sixth floor in the stairs . I found that's a pain with the luggage to walk the stairs. They gave me the vip room

ก็ตื่นเต้นพึ่งเคยพักโรงแรมครั้งแรกก็งี้ ชอบที่มีผ้าให้สองผืน มีเช็ดชูให้ 1 ม้วน ไปพักกับแฟนสองคน ได้ห้อง ชั้นล่างสุด เสียงคนเดินก็มีบ้าง ประปาย ก็นอนไม่หลับนะ ทั้งกลัวทั้งตื่นเต้น ส่วนแฟน นอนหลับเฉยประทับใจที่สุดคือ แอร์เย็นมาก เย็นจริงๆๆ ทีวีมีให้ ด้วย เปิดได้สามช่องมั้ง ไม่แน่ใจ ห้องน้ำมีน้ำอุ่น มีตู้เย็นมินิ พื้นที่กว้างดีนะ มีระเบียงแต่ไม่กล้าออกกลัวอันตราย ลองไปพักดูเอาราคาสูงกว่านี้น่อยคงได้ห้องสวยกว่านี้ แนะนำ มีที่ออกกำลังกายนะมี อยู่สองเครื่อง อยู่ตรงหน้า เช็คอิน จอดรถ มีให้นะแต่มันก็ดูน้อยไป หาที่จอดดีๆละกัน มีห้องสวีทไหมก็ไม่รู้นะ พอดีเราไป แบบห้องถูกๆ

Pour faire simple, les photos sont celle de l'établissement de Pattaya ! Celui-ci est vraiment POURRI ! Nous avons fais le check-in, pris les bagages et monté dans les chambres .... 5 mn après, nous étions à la réception pour check-out; même si cela nous a fais perdre quelques Baths et trouver dans la rue avec nos valises.
